Staying motivated during COVID-19
Intro - 3 more weeks in lockdown, how you finding it?
Quick title intro - it can be hard atm but I am going to speak about how to keep it up
Structure/routine - wake up early, no late nights
The goals don’t change - why throw it out the window?
Small daily wins - set daily/weekly goals to hit
Training - for you and clients, customised to the individual
Nutrition - if anything you need to be more strict now (less movement)
Consistency - Personal experience this week not as motivated but still training and eating well
