Alex McClintock had struggled with mental health issues for most of his life. The pressures of work and parenting caught up with him and almost led him to take his own life before a phone call from his daughter brought him back from the edge. Now, he helps run the Andy’s Man Club network in Scotland, spreading the power of sharing to other men who are struggling.
