Alice speaks to Wozzy Brewster, founder and executive director of The Midi Music Company about equality of opportunities in the music industry. Wozzy is a member of the UK Music Diversity Taskforce, manages Future Afro Jazz band, United Vibrations and eight-piece Ska Reggae band, Chainska Brassika as well as being an inductee into the Music Week Women in Music Awards Roll of Honour 2018 and a Freewoman of the London Borough of Lewisham.  

We hear how Wozzy started out in the industry at the Albany Empire which led to music education and community services. Wozzy explains how the industry monitor diversity and speaks of the action required for positive change.
