Eastern Oregon has been hit with another wave of cattle mutilations. On September 12, 2020 a cattle mutilation was reported near Ukiah, Oregon and July 23, of 2020 another very strange cattle mutilation was reported near Fossil, Oregon. Additionally multiple other cattle mutilations have taken place near both of these recent locations.
