He is an Eagle Scout and former US Army Intelligence Officer. He has a psychology degree from the University of West Georgia, where he studied under the likes of Drs. Bill Roll, Mike Aarons, and others. He had a 30+ year career as a U.S. government security specialist, specializing in the security of sensitive and classified assets, anti-terrorism, the security of weapons of mass destruction, emergency management, and other specialty areas. He also served a tour in Afghanistan in this capacity. Trey retired from Federal service in 2023. He currently resides in the southern United States, with a wife and two adult daughters.

Paul B. Bartholomew Studied UFOlogy, Cryptozoology and Parapsychology for over five decades. Co-Author “Bigfoot Encounters in New York and New England”(‘08) Co-Author “The Mysterious Northwoods” (‘20) Graduated from Castleton University (Vermont) where Bartholomew studied under Dr. Warren L. Cook, who wrote the Foreword for for “Monsters of the Northwoods” in 1992. Bartholomew has appeared on numerous television, news programs and documentaries including “Mysterious Encounters,” “Giganto: The Real King Kong, ” [“Researcher] “Monster Quest,” “America’s Book of Secrets,” “The Beast of Whitehall,” etc… Bartholomew has lectured to libraries, schools and colleges across the Northeast and has appeared on “Coast To Coast AM” with George Noory and George Knapp. In 2003, Bartholomew wrote and lobbied for historic legislation in his hometown to protect the creatures called “Sasquatch” and proclaim both the Village and Town of Whitehall to be a protective habitat. The measure was named in honor of Professor Cook and brought knowledge and awareness to their often overlooked hidden history. Bartholomew continues to research, investigate and write about anomalous phenomena out of his hometown of Whitehall, New York.
