Warm, grounded, unexpectedly eye-opening.

A cozy holiday catch-up that somehow turns into a whole conversation about attention, shedding, relationships, and the very real chaos of being a human with a phone and a nervous system.
Erin and Bee talk Christmas nostalgia, proposals, screen addiction, and what actually happens when you stop distracting yourself long enough to feel your life again.
We get into:
If you’re in your own shedding season right now, you’re not alone. Something new is trying to reach you - if you can make the space to hear it.

A stripped-down, honest conversation about the 12-night end-of-year ritual known as the Rauhnächte - and why it actually works without the the forced “new year, new me” energy.
This week, we’re joined by Lea Besemer to unpack Hopeful Spells, the version of the ritual she’s turned into something real and usable - something that actually helps you understand what the year ahead is asking of you through the lens of your Human Design and your annual perfection year.
We get into:
It’s a practical way to get honest about the year ahead, without forcing anything.

For the ones who are doing everything “right”: launching the offers, hiring the mentors, posting every day, praying every night, and still aren’t “there” yet...
In this episode, Bee is joined by guest Amanda Josephine —writer, mentor, and online creator.
Together they dive into the part nobody talks about: the slow seasons, the financial strain, the identity unraveling, the work that doesn’t produce outcomes on command, and the faith it takes to continue. What follows is an unfiltered conversation about trust, real trust..not the curated version sold online.
You’ll hear:
If you’re in a season that feels like contraction or stagnation, this episode shows the honest terrain of the path you’re on - and why it is shaping you, not breaking you.

Erin joins former ALIGND. co-host Lea on her podcast A Life on Your Terms for a deep conversation about what it means to live with a fully receptive (quad right) design in a world built for strategy. They unpack the difference between strategic and receptive minds, how each processes information, and why labels like “ADHD” often miss the mark when describing these natural variations in human cognition.
Together they explore:
It’s a grounded yet expansive dialogue between two Projectors navigating creativity, energy, and connection in real time.

In this episode, Erin and Bee explore what it feels like when your old identity stops fitting - and how to navigate the messy middle of change with awareness instead of resistance.
Bee returns from a month in Europe with a hard pivot: Bali no longer expands her. She deconstructs family blow-ups through the lens of a tribal emotional wave, admits to spiritual ego, and names the exact behaviors she’s dropping.
Erin opens up about being witnessed in her emotional low by a partner with an undefined solar plexus - and why that kind of presence can be medicine when it’s not amplifying or avoiding emotion.
Together they dig into:
A grounded, real-world conversation about evolution, deconditioning, and the freedom that comes from owning what no longer fits.

Tim Hendriks is a 4/6 Mental Projector, strength and mobility coach, and former police officer with a background in skiing, CrossFit, and personal training.
He brings a unique lens to movement - seeing it as both physical practice and a way to access emotional and nervous-system awareness.
In this conversation we trace his childhood in Switzerland, early people-pleasing, burnout in the police force, and the first moment he said “no” to a life others expected of him.
We explore what it means to be a projector in Human Design, why recognition of your uniqueness sets you free, and how awareness—not energy—is the real value projectors bring.
Tim shares how movement, breathwork, and time in nature became tools for nervous-system change, why letting go of control matters, and how invitations from his network have shaped his path.
This episode covers:– Childhood freedom, people-pleasing, and the first honest quit– Mental Projector sensitivity and the role of environment– Coaching through awareness: nervous system, fascia, and movement– Breathwork, nature, and faith as tools for transition– Why recognizing your uniqueness changes everything
Perfect for anyone navigating transition, learning Human Design, or asking what true freedom actually looks like.

This week, Erin and Bee strip back the highlight reel to talk about what actually keeps you healthy, aligned, and moving forward.
From mold headaches and environmental sensitivity to Human Design, fear, and transference, they dig into how the body makes the truth impossible to ignore.
They call out the performance side of the wellness world - where experiences are curated for content instead of care - and unpack why embodiment, not information, is what creates real change.
They share why entrepreneurship will humble you faster than any course or program - because it demands integrity, self-leadership, and the willingness to ride the cycles without losing yourself in the process.

Brooklynn left her small-town life in Eden, Utah on a whim at 18- chasing freedom, warm weather, and a bigger vision for herself. That leap set her on a path through Hawaii, Bali, and now Australia, where she’s built not only a jewelry brand but an entirely different way of living.
In this episode, she sits down with Erin to talk about the realities behind the highlight reel: leaving Bali after years of roots, growing a business through pivots and setbacks, navigating relationships with radical honesty, and learning what it really means to live by her Human Design as a 2/4 Emotional Generator.
They explore:
Brooklynn’s story is proof that sometimes the biggest risk isn’t leaving - it’s staying.

Erin is joined by friend and client Laura Eigenmann — a 2/4 Emotional Manifesting Generator, coach, hypnotherapist, and psychotherapist-in-training.
Laura’s story is one many will recognize: on paper she had the successful trajectory, from a degree in management and economics to corporate HR and change management, with financial security and stability. But it all felt like a golden cage.
In this conversation, Laura shares how Human Design gave her radical permission to be multi-passionate, to change her mind again and again, and to stop forcing herself into identities that didn’t fit. She speaks candidly about what alignment feels like in her sacral vs. what resistance feels like in her body, and how journaling and hypnotherapy have helped her rewrite old narratives and reconnect with her inner child.
Together, Erin and Laura dig into the wellness industry’s tendency to swap one form of conditioning for another, why environment is such a crucial (and overlooked) part of alignment, and how tools like breathwork and hypnotherapy help bypass the strong mind to access the body.
They also share details of their new collaboration in Zurich (and online) combining Human Design and hypnotherapy — a space to uncover who you are, what’s blocking you, and how to rewire the stories keeping you stuck.
