NEGROES, BLACKS & COLORED: The DRED SCOTT vs. SANDFORD decision was supposedly superseded by another decision named the Slaughter House case(s) and eventually by the 14th Amendment. However, this is not true, the Slaughter House case(s) simply provided safe guards and the 14th Amendment was never fully ratified; hence, leaving us in limbo once again or rather back to square one about out Citizenship.     You have to use the Treaties, because the 13th and the 14th Amendment did not help us. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 did not help us. Nationality means ones political status...since negroes, blacks and colored are not U.S. citizens based on the Dred Scott case and the 14th Amendment not being fully ratified... it leaves us said people of African descent in a dilemma  ... however, by proclaming our nationality we come in full life as compared / opposite as stateless, i.e. landless and civilitier mortuus ... The 13th amendment allegedly abolished slavery. But that created a new problem. The newly freed slaves were not citizens of any state or country, because they were just property, and property did not have citizenship. To solve the problem, the 14th amendment allegedly passed. This amendment created a new class of citizenship. This new class was legally called: 'United States citizen', (with a small "c"). NOT 'United States of America Citizen', but just 'United States citizen'. Notice that the U.S. citizen is spelled with a lower case 'c'. This is to show a lower class of citizenship. This class of citizen (U.S. citizen) is a privilege granted by the federal government, and not a sovereign inalienable right.

If you’re not familiar with Ms. Stewart, she is the author of “The 3rd Eye”, the original source material and basis for the Matrix and Terminator franchises.   Ms. Stewart has registered her work with the  US Patent and Trademark office, and they validate she is the sole, legal owner of all IP, trademarks, copyrights, movies, DVDs, merchandise, and all other derivative products and services connected to both franchises.   

Her work was stolen by Warner Bros and Fox, and she was never compensated nor credited for her creative, protected expressions. Instead of compensating her, Warner Bros and Fox paid a team of attorneys to “represent” her, and they intentionally sabotaged her original copyright infringement case in California.

When she found out in 2007 that Jonathon Lubell, the lead attorney that was supposed to “represent” her had been disbarred and convicted of stealing money from a client, she initiated a lawsuit in Salt Lake City where she lived at the time.

Ms. Stewart has since waged a 7 year battle in the US District Court in Salt Lake City alleging fraud, negligence, civil rights violations, due process violations, and a host of other civil and criminal violations. The named defendants include Jonathon Lubell and 3 other attorneys. However, Warner Bros and Fox are ultimately liable, as they paid for the defendants to sabotage her case.   In addition to paying off the defendants, Warner Bros and Fox paid off other law enforcement and regulatory agency personnel, US Patent and Trademark lawyers and examiners, court clerks, various other attorneys, and other co-conspirators,  through a multi-million dollar slush fund.
