President Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron have filed a lawsuit accusing Candace Owens of “relentless worldwide bullying” and a “campaign of global humiliation” over the repeated claim that Brigitte is a man.

So far the main impact of the lawsuit has been to bring the claims to an even bigger audience - but many legal commentators think Candace ought to be worried.
