I honestly had no idea what Pickleball was until YouTube showed me, what is it you might ask? Pickleball is a paddle sport combining elements of Tennis, Badminton, and table tennis. Our guest this evening, Joy Stafford, is crazy about Pickleball and after watching a few videos I know why. Joy loves to stay active in several ways, she has done countless half-marathons plus several other runs including a full marathon. What is the Great Canadian Crossing? it's a virtual crossing across Canada of 4800 km, you can ski, swim, hike, bike, run, walk, snowshoe and much more, link below. Joy and some of her friends did this fantastic event and so can you. We think after listening to Joy you may want to try Pickleball for yourself, I know I do. Keep on staying active and keep on moving, it's the best thing you can do for yourself.
