Itzel Michel's journey into entrepreneurship began in 2020 when he was laid off from his position as a trainer. Encouraged by her sister, who has successfully run her own hair styling business for nearly a decade, Itzel decided to take the leap and open his own gym.

Today, Itzel's facility is thriving, boasting a team of 10 coaches and approximately 140 members, ranging in age from six to 74. This diverse clientele reflects his commitment to inclusivity and the belief that fitness is for everyone
