Yes we are talking to YOU. How you gonna win when you ain't right within *Lauren Hill voice*, you cannot pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first. You should focus more time on the things that bring you joy and happiness, you should also cut off anything that is not giving you peace of mind or preventing you from reaching your full potential.
