We all have been in an argument once or twice, *cough cough* but why is that, though? No, seriously. Why do we get into arguments? I know, I know.. people do you wrong, people talk to you out of line, you get hurt or maybe something had you scared! I'm here to tell you, though, that you can put to an end to all that extra drama and secure that peace for yourself. Because, I don't know about y'all, but for me, those arguments are draining mentally, emotionally and even physically. We should be able to simply disagree... right? In this show, Gabby will be explaining the difference between an argument and a discussion and how to avoid arguments. Doing so will create more effective conversations that will help reach an actual solution in your disagreement while also building healthier communication skills.
