Steph Inglis is a role model to so many people.
If you don't know who Steph is, she is best known for her judo triumph in the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games where she took home the silver medal for Scotland.
Fast forward to May 2016 and Steph decided to travel to Vietnam to take part in a teaching programme for 5 months. It was there that she was involved in a motorbike accident that, at the time, doctors gave a 1% chance that Steph would pull through.
In this episode, we chat through Stephs proudest moments, standing on the podium in front of all her friends and family in her home country wearing that silver medal she had worked so hard for.
We also chat about her lowest moments and her journey to recovery from such a traumatic accident.
It's a story that is close to my heart and one that will make you grateful for all that you have in your life today. Steph speaks so openly about her accident and I am truly honoured to have her speak on my first guest episode!
