Marshall Wayne is... "The Mounting Man".
He is a concept creator, an ad ("Mad") man, marketing expert, and photographer. And an event promoter. Until the pandemic struck and wiped out the industry. To supplement his income and support his family, Marshall bought a $39 drill, came up with some great ads, and became The Mounting Man. He says, "I'm not running a TV mounting business. I'm running a marketing agency, and the product is TV mounting."
In this episode, serial entrepreneur and long time FB friend Marshall Wayne, will share his stories of always building opportunities. Be sure to watch his ad for his creative house, The Agency. It involves a helicopter, police, and the LA river. And listen in to a brainstorming session between Coach Bill and Marshall, as they discuss how to grow the Mounting Man brand.

In a market of uncertainty, there's a flight to quality. So in a field of hobbyist real estate sales (50% of realtors had NO transactions in 2020), there are ways to attract and help clients to change the life they have into the life they dream about.
Larry Kendall is author of the book "Ninja Selling- Subtle Skills. Big Results" and also offers workshops in Ninja Training. Well-known in the real estate field, his audience also includes airplane and yacht sales professionals among many other fields. So Ninja Selling has wide applications. And it's successful in creating relationships rather than "selling".
Coach Bill Hart is All In. Larry Kendall is 100 Percent Full-On. So this episode is a great meeting of the minds!

Sean Herrero's mantra is "I wonder..." He feels very comfortable trying new things to see what works, and letting go of what doesn't. He operates his business as a digital nomad, and loves the van life movement, and the outdoors, especially spear fishing, which offers the ultimate in "being present".
Sean came into mortgage origination to achieve self-determination, after a career in marketing departments which tended to derail projects and disrupt his life.
His approach to business is one of complete authenticity and building relationships. He would rather problem solve and provide value than sell. Calling on 30 prospects every Monday morning is not an option. Running a YouTube channel offering solutions to first-time home buyers is much more his style.
As Coach Bill observed: "Stimulate activity by opening up conversations about people's options."

In this episode, we talk with Chad Dietz of the Bunker Golf Center. From a young age, Chad has been driven to pursue his passions. As a rising baseball player in school, he changed his trajectory and turned his attention toward golf. Working at a golf resort allowed him access to play, as well as exposure to successful people. Chad took the opportunity to ask them their success strategies, and later used these lessons in his golf startup business.
Founding the Bunker Golf Center with partners, chad realized the capacity limits of their project, and got creative in creating additional revenue streams, leading to the Foreward Golf Center.
Chad's passion is to move the game forward. He says, "over the years, golfers haven't gotten any better." He works to change this status quo by science and measurement of tools and techniques of the players.

How do you compete against a large company with deep pockets?
Our guest in this episode is Enrique Braunschweiger with First West Financial. As an independent mortgage professional in Palm Springs CA, he noticed two things. First, buyers have direct access to the same tools as mortgage and real estate professionals. So they can now do many aspects of home buying without a realtor. Second, his independent shop was competing against a large competitor with deep pockets.
Enrique created a toolbox for agents in his market, and also a process to create consistent and frequent content to add value and stay relevant.
