Organ Fairchild is a three-piece instrumental band from New York. Although they have been playing together since the 80s - the official band formed in 2020 and they have not slowed down. We got to sit down with them before their show at One World a couple weeks back and they did not disappoint. We discuss some epic Grateful Dead shows, Andy Frasco's dad, their kids influences on the music they play, and I ask some dumb questions about the organ.

Stream their new single, "Westside Bowl", out on all streaming platforms. It came out TODAY!

On the back end, we have an extra long Chloe's Corner where we talk about all the tours announced this week, a new wook dating show, Kendall Street's new live album, and more!

Plus, we added two new songs to the playlist!

It's the intergalactic episode today! We got two interviews. Kevin from Space Bacon and Ashton from Spaceship Earth.

Kevin is the bass player for Space Bacon, a band based out of New York that has been doing it for 12 years! I got to see them at Third Room right after we did the interview and they blew me away! Funky jams, heavy jams, they had it all! We get into balancing a day job, the great pizza debate, unpack what "hardcore" music, and more.

Ashton got the vaccine back in 2020 to simply his get vax card and keep on touring. He didn't know the intense side effects that would come next and really change his life. He had a story and I thought AJU could be the perfect platform for him to tell it.

We got another two-fer for you guys todays! I met Phil and Bo at the Billy Strings run in Huntsville. On N3 we sat next to each other and got to talking and found out that had never really even heard of Billy Strings, so we get their post show recap, the immediate sense of community at a show, their impression of the "lot", and they ask the age old question - Is Goose a Jam Band?

Theran Jackson from the Steppers joins the podcast as well and recaps seeing friends of the program, Arkansauce for the very first time, not caring for music to it taking over his life, believing in himself, the importance of asking questions, and the vibe at a Steppers show. I dropped the ball on this and forgot to start the video. So, Theran's interview is audio only!

Chloe and I catch up on the Billy Strings circle pit drama and show some love for the boys from Dogs in a Pile.
