We’ll hear the Commandant of the Marine Corps message on the 242nd Birthday of the Marine Corps and then we’ll talk to Bob Nilsson, Curt Knowles, Rob Schwarz and Joey Porrazzo — all former Marines about how they’ll spend they Birthday and what they think about today.

We’ll talk the finer points of Prime Rib, the official meal of the the Marine Corps Birthday, with the AMR Chef Kim Holmes.

The Boys will talk about their favorite Marine Corps Birthday experiences both inside the United States and while deployed and also, the special enjoyment there is in bringing someone who has never attended to a Ball to see the celebration of heritage that the Marine Corps does like nobody else.

 

 

 

 

After the Bowe Bergdahl verdict lost of us scratched our heads, not understanding the rationale behind it.  Beth Harvey is a former USMC SJA prosecutor, defender, appellete attorney and judge — she’ll help us try to understand what is escapes most of us.

We’ll also discuss circumstances surrounding the discharge of Airman Devin Kelley who went on a killing rampage in Texas on Sunday.

In a series of elections on Tuesday, the Democratic Party held serve and is laying claim to “political momentum” for the future.  But what will change?  The answer is “nothing” — not until our elected officials learn the art of compromise.
