We’ll listen to the press conference held this morning by authorities in Pensacola Florida after a Saudi Arabian student as NAS Pensacola murdered three and wounded five.

We’ll also re-engage “Chris from Webstaaa Massachusetts” about how he lost 250lbs!  An amazing story… and Chris gives his insights into losing weight and staying healthy.

Over the course of the last two months the 2nd Marine Division has been conducting a “large scale force-on-force exercise” that simulates the Division fighting a “peer” adversary — the Commanding General of the 2nd Division will join the program to talk about what they did, why they attempted it and some of the things they learned from the exercise.

Alex Hollings is the long time contributor on ALL MARINE RADIO as well as a Senior Writer for NEWSREP.COM — he joined us  this morning to discuss Thanksgiving and we wound up discussing the following:

* Thanksgiving

* Alex has never been to any of the major Aviation Museums in the nation  (WTF!)

* The ongoing fight within the SEAL community for the soul of that organization — the Gallagher is a symptom of that fight

* The Marine Corps is redesigning itself — how much can it change and how much will it be allowed to change?

Thanksgiving was a great week for me, and the then on Saturday it got a lot better.  In the space of about an hour I received an image from a Marine, you can see it to the left.  How many ways does that make your heart swell?  Once for the fact that that Marine is changing someone’s life.  A second time for his Aunt and Uncle who heard the message and that it resonated with them.  A third time that the impact was significant enough for them to post the “3 Goals & 10 Commandments of Post-Traumatic Winning” in their home.  Not sure if I can put the impact seeing this had on me — it was AWESOME!

About an hour later I received a screenshot (to your right) from someone I had shared the picture I had received earlier in the day (the one to the left) with.  For the second time in an hour I was reading about someone who had seen the Post-Traumatic Winning presentation and had then changed someone else’s life.

I describe events like this as “good on top of good on top of good on top of good.”
