Tomorrow is the release day of Christian McBride's New Jawn - Prime, the sophomore album of the quartet made up of Christian McBride (bass), Josh Evans (trumpet), Marcus Strickland (saxophone, bass clarinet), and Nasheet Waits (drums). The group's first album earned them a Grammy nomination for Best Instrumental Jazz Album. Cooper, Holmes, and Thomas join us to discuss the play, which runs at Laura Pels Theatre through April 2.
