What’s true? Who do I follow? Which way do I go? What do I believe? With so many “truths” out there, how do can we ever really know what is right for sure? How can we know who to trust? Those are important questions - but there is one absolute source of truth that we can trust completely - Jesus Christ. In the Bible, Jesus tells us that he is truth (John 14:6) – which means that he is the absolute definition of truth. So when we aren't sure what to think about something (especially something spiritual)...it would do well for us to go to the source of truth.

This week we take a look at questions regarding the true nature and meaning of baptism. Find out more this Sunday as we kick-off our short summer series, “Jesus says...”

For Christians, there seems to be one question that drives them more than any other - and that is simply, "How do I know for sure?" How do I know that I'm really saved? How do I know that I haven't messed it up so bad that God could never accept me? How can I ever really be sure?

Those are serious concerns for Christians because we know that this life is temporary...and like we talked about last week...this life is hard. And we want to be sure that even when we mess up, we can have confidence that God is holding on to us and that our future and salvation are secure.

Find out more this week as we wrap-up our series, “Life in the Spirit.”
