Cheri Roman writes fantasy and paranormal young adult. She currently has two series in the works: Rephaim and The Witch of Forsythe High. Most days you can find her on her blog, The Brass Rag, or working on her next novel or short story. Cheri lives in the not-so-wilds of Northeast Florida with her husband and Jack E. Boy, the super Chihuahua.

Most of you know that the show as off the air for almost a month. At first it was because my husband was admitted to the hospital after a procedure because Colon Cancer was found. We spent nine days in the hospital. We were home one week and had to flee a Cat 5 hurricane that would be Irma. Our life is never dull, it is interesting and unexpected. Even though we live a very structured life sometimes we are thrown a huge curve. How we choose to deal with it is what keeps us sane. Well, sometimes. So join me tonight as I tell the tale of the Misadventures of Cactus and myself.

Christine (C.A.) Verstraete enjoys putting a little "scare" in her writing. Her latest book, Lizzie Borden, Zombie Hunter, offers a twist on the Lizzie Borden murders. She also is author of a young adult book, GIRL Z: My Life as a Teenage Zombie, and books on dollhouse collecting and crafting, including Dollhouse Decor & More  and In Miniature Style II.

Thom Futrell is an award winning, best-selling author and screenwriter. He is also a clothing designer for Vida and has art hanging in galleries. He has studied the martial arts for nearly forty years and has been inducted into the MARTIAL ARTS MASTERS HALL OF FAME.

Thom lives out in the country with his wife, two daughters and way too many cats.

Chrys Fey is the author of the Disaster Crimes Series, as well as these releases from The Wild Rose Press: 30 Seconds, Ghost of Death, and Witch of Death. She is an administrator for the Insecure Writer's Support Group and runs their Goodreads book club. She is also an editor for Dancing Lemur Press. 

 

When Fey was six years old, she realized she wanted to be a writer by watching her mother pursue publication. At the age of twelve, she started writing her first novel, which flourished into a series she later rewrote at seventeen. 

 

Fey lives in Florida and is always on the lookout for hurricanes. She has four adopted cats and three nephews who keep her entertained with their antics.

Eric Norway is a former Border Patrol Agent, retired DEA Special Agent/Pilot, and currently employed as a Private Investigator in the private sector. Eric has lived with his family, and dogs, in El Paso, Texas for twenty years.

Dan Hollifield was born in November of 1957 at almost the same moment that Sputnik II was launched. However, the two events are not, in fact, related. His father was a machinist, graduating from the General Motors Institute in the mid 1950s. After fleeing the harsh Michigan winters for a return to the families ancestral home, Dan's father began working in Oak Ridge, TN making toys for the physicists to play with. Dan's mother is an artist specializing in oils, china painting, glass painting, and multimedia home-crafts.

Open Mic Night. Tonoght we were joined by Phyllis Cook who talked about the injustice her brother and father received at the hands of Harrison County Mississippi

Ann B. Keller has been writing novels and screenplays for over forty years.  In addition, Ms. Keller is a veteran of the stage, singing and starring in the lead role as the tomboyish Princess Winifred in Once Upon a Mattress, which gained her an invitation to audition for the Metropolitan Opera in New York.  She has received the National Thespian Award and has appeared in numerous additional theater productions in New York, Michigan and Maryland, including The Admirable Crichton, The Crucible and The Pajama Game.

When she is not writing novels, Ms. Keller enjoys bringing the gift of music to all within the sound of her clear, bell-like soprano.  She lives in the western suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio with her three active sons.
