Anxiety is the feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease over something which we have or will all experience at some point in our lives.
For some people, it is a daily struggle while for others it is triggered by certain circumstances.
However, regardless of how often or how few and far between it presents, it robs you of whatever calm you might possess.
