When you spend so much time being who everyone needs you to be, it can get hard to remember who you are outside of those roles.
You’re a mother, a caregiver, a friend—the one people call because they know you’ll figure it out. But what about the things you enjoy, the dreams you’ve put aside, and the parts of you that rarely get any room?
In this episode of All Things Cultivated, we’re asking, “Who am I beyond what everyone needs from me?” We’re talking about how easily our responsibilities can become our identity and making space to get acquainted with ourselves again—with God’s help and without feeling guilty for having needs and desires of our own.
You don’t have to have the whole answer today. Let’s start with an honest conversation.
Stay rooted. Live refined. Keep cultivating.

Just because you can carry something doesn't mean it's yours to carry.
Have you ever felt so overwhelmed by life's responsibilities that you didn't even know what to put down first? Between caring for family, managing relationships, meeting expectations, and trying to keep your own life together, it's easy to find yourself carrying burdens God never intended for you to bear.
In this heartfelt Monday Morning Mercies, we're asking God for something beyond strength. We're asking for wisdom.
Wisdom to recognize what's ours to carry, what belongs to someone else, and what we need to surrender to God.
Together, we'll pray for discernment, healthy boundaries, freedom from unnecessary guilt, and the courage to trust God with the things we cannot control.
Because loving people doesn't mean fixing everything for them. And being strong doesn't mean carrying everything alone.
Scriptures: Matthew 11:28–30 | Galatians 6:2–5 | 1 Peter 5:7 | James 1:5
A question to carry into your week: Are you asking God for strength to carry something He's been inviting you to put down?
Join us as we continue tilling the soil of the soul, one prayer, one lesson, and one season of growth at a time.
Stay rooted. Live refined. And keep cultivating.

You’re used to noticing what everyone else needs. But when you need support, do you ask—or hope someone will notice?
In this Reflection Friday episode of All Things Cultivated, we continue the conversation about who takes care of the woman who takes care of everyone. We’re making room for one simple, sometimes uncomfortable step: naming one need and making one honest ask.
Whether you need help with an errand, time to rest, or someone to listen, you don’t have to find perfect words to express it. Join SheRonda for a warm reflection and closing prayer for the courage to ask, wisdom about whom to ask, and grace to receive support.
Your invitation this week: one need, one honest ask.
Stay rooted. Live refined. Keep cultivating.

Everybody knows they can count on you. But when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or just need somebody to ask, “How are you—really?”… who shows up?
In this episode of All Things Cultivated, SheRonda talks about being the woman who keeps everything moving while quietly putting her own needs last. From caregiving and family responsibilities to the guilt of saying “I need help,” we’re having an honest conversation about what happens when everybody depends on you.
Through a Christian perspective, we explore asking for support, setting boundaries, and making room for rest without feeling like you’re letting everyone down. Loving people doesn’t require pretending you never get tired.
If you’ve ever thought, “I take care of everybody, but who takes care of me?” pull up a chair. This conversation is for you.
Share this episode with a woman who’s always checking on everyone else—and check on her, too.

Anger can make you feel powerful, clear, and justified and it can still pull you straight out of alignment. I’m Sharonda Berry, a registered nurse and holistic health and wellness coach, and I’m getting honest about the kind of anger that raises your heart rate, builds a whole closing argument in your head, and dares you to hit send. When that voice gets louder than God’s voice, the risk is not just what we do, but who we become.
I walk through key Scriptures like James 1:19 to 20, Ephesians 4:26, Proverbs 16:32, and Romans 12, and I talk about why “being right” is never permission to respond in a way that doesn’t represent Christ. We unpack the urgency trap, why restraint is real strength, and how to set boundaries without revenge. I also share the practical steps that helped me in the heat of the moment: don’t make permanent decisions in a temporary emotional storm, separate what happened from what anger is predicting, and ask God what obedience looks like right now.
We also go deeper into the roots of anger: hurt, disappointment, fear, exhaustion, and not feeling seen. Like Elijah hearing God in a still small voice, we talk about becoming still enough to listen, letting anger give you information without giving it the microphone, and protecting your peace even when you never get the apology you deserve.
If you’ve been searching for Christian anger management, biblical wisdom for emotional regulation, and faith-based tools for boundaries and forgiveness, this one is for you. Subscribe, share it with a friend who’s been carrying anger, and leave a review so more women can find this message. What helps you slow down before you react?

Grace is that thing that lets us breathe after we’ve made a mistake. It’s what gives us permission to let go of guilt and shame. It’s what allows us to move forward when we’ve been hurt or when we’ve hurt someone else. It is unmerited favor. But here’s the real talk—sometimes, giving grace feels like the hardest thing in the world.
Whether it’s grace for yourself or grace for others, it takes work. It takes a heart posture that says, ‘I choose to love, even when it’s difficult.’ In this episode, we’re diving deep into grace—how to give it to yourself, how to extend it to others, and most importantly, how to do it without allowing people back into spaces they no longer deserve.
Enjoy!!

Today's episode is a prayer in which I speak to the ones whose faith feels fragile. Maybe you’re in a season of doubt. Maybe life has hit you hard, and you're questioning everything. Or maybe you believe in God, but you're struggling to trust Him. Sis, you are not alone.
Since February is the month of love, I want to remind you that God’s love isn’t just about what He gives—it’s about how He sustains. His love carries us even when we feel like we’re falling. And today, we’re going to lean into that love with a prayer for strength and surrender.

Let me ask you something: What’s weighing you down? Is it regret? Fear? The need to control everything? Or maybe it’s the expectations of other people that have become so heavy, you don’t even know who you are anymore. We all have things we carry, but not all of them are ours to hold.
In today's episode , we’re talking about something that many of us have been struggling with, maybe for years—carrying burdens we were never meant to bear. Whether it's guilt, shame, fear, past mistakes, or expectations placed on us by others, it’s time to let it go. It’s time to be free. So, let’s get into it!"

Society often treats aging like a countdown clock for women, making us feel like our value fades with time. We’re bombarded with messages that tell us to fight wrinkles, stay youthful, and somehow defy the natural process of growing older. But the truth is, aging is not something to fear—it’s something to embrace. With age comes wisdom, confidence, and the freedom to live life on our own terms.
Ladies, let’s be real—after 40, we don’t have time for nonsense. We have lived, we have learned, and now it’s time to thrive. But here’s the thing… thriving requires letting go of some things that just don’t serve us anymore.
In this podcast episode, we’re diving into 10 things to leave behind after 40—things that hold us back, keep us stuck, or straight-up drain our peace. We’re stepping into the best years of our lives, and we’re doing it unapologetically!
