In this episode we talk about 'All Things' you guessed it - Covid. AHHH the first episode is out!!! This was totally planned last minute but thought it would be important to talk about all things mental health and to try and get awareness out. On this episode I talk about how you can reach out to others to ask them if they are okay, mental health and lockdown tips, stigma surrounding mental health and positive/growth vs negative/fixed mindsets.
