In this episode we talk about 'All Things' you guessed it - Covid. As someone who has experienced what it's like having Covid-19 I talk about what the process was like, my symtptoms and personal journey throughout the 14 days that I was confined at home and yes I managed to hide having Covid but listen to this episode to find out who I did tell.

AHHH the first episode is out!!! This was totally planned last minute but thought it would be important to talk about all things mental health and to try and get awareness out. On this episode I talk about how you can reach out to others to ask them if they are okay, mental health and lockdown tips, stigma surrounding mental health and positive/growth vs negative/fixed mindsets.
