At Babel, humanity was scattered. At Pentecost, people from many nations heard the magnificent acts of God. The reigning Jesus has poured out His Spirit, and the gathering has begun.

Psalm 68 presents a victorious King who also bears the burdens of His people. Jesus rules with unmatched power, yet He remains near to save, sustain, and carry us each day.

Hebrews 1 reveals Jesus as the radiant, exalted Son who sustains all things by His word. Because He reigns, His voice deserves greater weight than our fears, impulses, and competing loyalties.

He still meets fearful people with peace. Then He sends them into the world, empowered by His Spirit, to bear faithful witness to His resurrection.
