La Perouse A grade coach Rob Longy comes on the show to talk a bit of footy. His team are going strong in the South Sydney competition this year and there is a great buzz in the community  .  We also name La Perouse greatest players of all time - lets see who makes the list !!

Tricksta talks about when he first got started up doing the coffee van and how he did things. Everything was trial and error and learning what to do and what not to do. I look back now after 10 months and have learnt so so much and have changed he way I used to do things.
