Behold! The musical scientists that run ATTT have discovered the only morally acceptable way for two bespectacled middle-aged white guys to talk about their favorite reggae songs on a podcast. The Old Boy Himself Ryan Blake may not be a bonafide reggae artist, but he has been a serious and authentic reggae fan for decades. His bright idea is to focus on a curious and surprisingly fruitful subgenre in the reggae universe - reggae songs by non-reggae artists. The songs featured in this week's episode come from bands and artists that are decidedly not reggae artists but for whatever reason decided they to take a flyer on reggae. Yes we said "live" twice when we called this episode Top Ten SNL Live Performances, but it just kind of works aesthetically. As the kids say, don't "@" us.
