  • Dietrich’s Story Ep. 15

I sit down with Dietrich to understand more about him. Someone who has taught me so much and continues to teach me more every day. Dietrich may say he's just some guy, but in reality, he has experienced a lot of life, learned a lot of things, and uses those experiences to tell his story.

As a survivor of a violent crime, Dietrich shares his journey to help others open up about theirs, heal, and grow from the things that instead of define us, help us. He has worked his way up from the darkest of places, yet none of it takes away from his authenticity.

Throughout the episode, you'll also hear us mention Dietrich's website, SolidRevue—a space he created to slow down, take a breath, and look at the bigger picture.

There are many great lessons to take from this conversation, plenty of giggles, and a comforting reminder of what it means to be human, feeling inadequate, and the reality of navigating life. I hope you guys enjoy this episode as much as we did!

  • Following Purpose Over Preference Ep. 14

In this episode, I sit down with Daniel Jones, an Afro-Diaspora DJ who came out of the open-format world. As Daniel continues to build his brand and find his place in this space, he reflects on the importance of purpose and how much life can change when you choose to follow it.

Daniel made the decision to step away from what he knew and step into what he wanted to become. Through that transition, he’s found a deeper passion for creating spaces that foster love, happiness, connection, and light.

His goal is simple: to leave people better than they were when they showed up, using the art of music to create experiences that bring people together. We talk about purpose, taking risks, finding your people, and the power of building outward instead of trying to do everything alone.

This conversation is a reminder that sometimes stepping away from what’s familiar is what allows you to step fully into who you’re becoming.

  • What If I Put Myself First? Ep. 13

As I celebrate my 24th birthday, I’ve been taking time to reflect on just how much my life has changed. The biggest thing that has stood out to me is what has supported those changes: boundaries.

Creating them, sticking to them, and learning that sometimes protecting your peace means distancing yourself from someone you love.

In this episode, I talk about the truth behind distancing yourself from a loved one, the pain I’ve carried from my younger years, and the hurt she never deserved to hold onto.

Healing these parts of myself has become one of the most important pieces of moving forward in life. And while healing isn’t always comfortable, I’m learning that choosing myself doesn’t mean I love others any less.

    Cheers to 24💗

Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Why do we rush to celebrate relationship milestones, but rarely give that same energy to someone building a life of their own?
