Also, a Buffalo man was found guilty in a fatal 2024 shooting. A Hamburg man pleaded guilty to killing his sister. And another Hamburg man was charged with manslaughter in a crash that killed a pedestrian. In sports, the Bisons used a trio of home runs and three-run eighth inning to rally past the Durham Bulls, 8-5 Friday night. They're back in action today as are the Sabres and Bandits. Go sports.

In news, a man wanted on a Florida warrant was arrested after barricading himself in Wheatfield home. A 24-year-old Buffalo man was charged in a fatal 2024 shooting in Elmwood Village. A Georgia man was sentenced to 41 years to life for a 2023 Niagara Falls murder. And a former Tonawanda man is facing decades in prison after being found guilty of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child and other charges. In sports, the Bisons were rained out again on Thursday. They play tonight at 6:05 and will make up Thursdays game on Sunday. The Sabres, meanwhile, lost 3-2 to Columbus Thursday night.
