Give yourself permission to relax your body, mind and spirit. Part of being an adult is knowing yourself well and knowing what you find genuinely relaxing, comforting, and sustaining.
Stop being unrealistic about how much work you get done or need to get done every day. There will always be a to-do-list no matter how much you do. "You can't out work the work."
Be ruthless about how you spend your time. Instead of mindlessly moving from one task to the next, focus on activities that help you grow. You can't get spent time back.
Take the time to care for you. Regular exercise helps with brain fatigue, as well as creates a healthier lifestyle. 30 minutes a day can and will change your life.
Ask for help. When you are exhausted it is ok to ask for help. Utilize your resources to help you through the challenging times. No one wins by themselves.
Limit your contact with negative people. Hanging out with negative-minded people who do nothing but complain will only drag down your mood and outlook.
