The boys are back and so are the Righteous Gemstones!

Well kinda, turns out they decided to turn their season premiere into a Civil War Period piece with Bradley Cooper but it still kinda ruled.

Ryan has also been on a tear as he breaks down the first two episodes of Daredevil Reborn, and wouldn't you know it he gave the Hellboy franchise another shot with Hellboy: The Crooked Man! Turns out, it's okay! Not nearly the absolutely travesty that the last Hellboy was. Yuck.

Guess what. It's time to talk multiple things. Like Dexter Original Sin. Also Severance season 2. Also White Lotus season 3. Also several other things. Possibly including but not limited to:

• James Gunn saying Robert Pattinson "isn't the Batman for the DCU"
• Happy Gilmore 2 is coming out this summer on Netflix
• Not only does Tom Holland have his own N/A beer brand called Bero, they also apparently sell it at Target and he couldn't buy it because he has a little baby face and forgot his ID and they wouldn't sell it to him despite him being Tom Holland. Like come on what are we even doing here???!!

Well this week we've opened the vault way WAY open and we're going all the way back to the fall of 2018, in the very beginning of the show when both of us played Marvel's Spider-man on the PS4 and man OH MAN what a game that was.

The Switch 2 was announced today, and the company that makes it is Nintendo. Are y'all still following us so far? The game they showed up sure seems like a new version of Mario Kart, featuring a version of Donkey Kong that sure looks like the model they used in the Mario Bros movie.... also speaking of the Mario Bros movie.... we reviewed that!

This week the boys talk about the surprise spiritual Christmas thriller, action movie successor to Die Hard, Carry On. At least 1 of us actually liked it despite it being maybe more than a bit silly and convoluted, while at least one of the other one of us wasn't quite as enamored with Jason Bateman's charm. Hey, it goes like that sometimes.

Also- Squid Game season 2 is off to a fantastic start and there's a reason that first season blew up the way that it did (and that reason is because it's actually pretty damn good, memes and all.)
