In 2017 I was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer which resulted in surgeries, chemotherapy and untold hospital appointments. In 2019 &amp; 2020 cancer returned on my lungs and liver ... more surgeries etc. I understand the impact of a life altering illness not only on you but also on family - it can be overwhelming on so many levels.ALOFAWHOLENESS was a faith response to this disease. It is run out of my kitchen table from our home. We provide carepacks and advocacy. This was created in response to the need to support loved ones facing cancer. In particular, those of Pacific and Maori descent. I advocate for families who struggle to understand thesystem. These podcasts are taken from the 2022 Talanoa sessions focused on sharing courage for loved ones - to let them know .. you are not alone.
