Hey everybody! In this episode we get Delmi Exo in a rare podcast appearance. We talk about the basic wrestling stuff of when she became a fan and why she wanted to be a wrestler. She tells us about training in a barn and other lessons during her start. What made her and Ashley a team. What’s one of her favorite cities to wrestle in. How did the chance come about for her to tour with Marvelous in Japan and what that experience was like. What might be the most fun about this episode though is the amount of crazy tangents that we go on. It felt almost like I was talking to someone I’ve known for a while instead of talking to someone for the first time. This will always be one of my favorite interviews for that alone. This really is one you shouldn’t skip.

Hey everybody! For this episode I talk to a man known throughout Western Mass through Central NY, Guy Sadlowski. Guy is a great laid back dude and it shows here in this great conversation. We talk about how what got him into wrestling and who were some of his early favorites. What made him want to be a pro wrestler and what made him choose the TIW school. What are some of his influences from in and out of the ring. His solid 2019 and early 2020 before the pandemic along with what are some of his goals when wrestling is back. Being open always makes a good interview and Guy is all that and more here. It’s always refreshing to talk to a great person who has no issues speaking his mind and that is what makes this such an awesome episode.

Hey everybody! For this episode we talk to Benjamin Blackwell! Known mostly for his work in Truly Independent Wrestling in Western Mass he has also branched out to parts of New York. Listen as we talk about what made him a fan and who were some of his favorites. What made him want to be a wrestler and a bit of what his training was like. Where his unique look came from, what it’s like to be in a successful tag team like Made in Black, and where he feels he fits in our current scene. Blackwell is open and honest about everything here which always makes an interview great. Blackwell is a criminally underrated talent who deserves to be heard and seen on all platforms and I was lucky enough to have the chance to interview him.

Hey everybody! For this episode I talk with “Wallflower” Joshua Wells of CHIKARA fame. Listen as we talk about what got him into wrestling and who were some of his favorites. What made him choose The Wrestle Factory to train and his experiences there. What it’s like to be apart of CHIKARA’s biggest story of 2020 and how he felt being named as one of the members of Mike Quackenbush’s cibernetico team. Then we move on to talk about the Action Arcade and how it feels to be so involved with it. We had such a fun time recording this episode and it really shows when you listen to it. This is another one that will always be special to me.

Hey everybody! For this episode I talk to Rick Recon! A workhorse or the northeast scene Recon has been a lot of places and always seems to gather attention. Here we talk about how he got into wrestling and what made him want to be a wrestler. What it’s like to be a fan favorite, favorite venues, and what his goals are. I’ll always hold this as a special interview and one of those reasons is because of the side topics we went off on. We talked a lot about wrestling and our feelings and opinions on it and it was great to hear it. So give this a listen because it won’t be long till this guy is a big deal.

While Becca has only been on the scene for a year she is already making waves with appearances for WSU and Limitless Wrestling’s Pandemic at the Dojo series. We talk about when she started watching wrestling and what made her want to be a wrestler. How her gymnastics background impacted her training, and people who have been helpful in her career so far. This was a really fun interview and I consider myself lucky to be the first person to interview her for a podcast. This is one you should check out especially since I feel there’s a good chance this time next year she will be all over the place.

What led him to the TIW school and what training was like. How long he has been wrestling and how he has been able to branch out across the northeast. This was a really fun interview with a lot of great back and forth. This is one that should definitely be checked out.

Hey everybody! For this episode we get to talk to Masha Slamovich from Japan where she is touring with Marvelous! We talk about being actually Russian, how her love for wrestling started and what made her want to be a wrestler. What her family thought of her training to become a wrestler. How she got the chance to tour with Marvelous and what the experience has been like. I really loved this experience and appreciated that Masha took the time to do it with the crazy time difference. This is one not to miss.

We talk about what made them wrestling fans and what made them want to be wrestlers. When they felt like they both started making strides on the indie scene. What it’s like to have a significant other be a wrestler and what it’s like to work together. What was the inspiration for Zero1 USA Northeast and what it’s like to run a promotion instead of just wrestle. This was a really fun and insightful interviews and is easily one of my favorites.
