Another guest googler, another sound issue... we're on a roll!

INTRO: (00:00) Another guest googler episode! Welcome, Maria Flores Ragen! For those that don't yet get it, we don't actually have $10,000, or actually go anywhere. It's called an imaginary travel podcast for a reason. 

OBSESSIONS: (4:04) Guest googler Maria is obsessed with authenticity. We discuss whether our current era of social media is a help or a hindrance to owning who you are, especially for youth. On a completely different note, Alison is obsessed with this TIGI Dry Shampoo. Lulu is obsessed with having her own car to drive around. 

WISHLIST: (11:12) Alison has a new kitten, so she is wishing for the Pretty Litter monthly delivery service that you've seen all over Facebook. Maria wants to win a home makeover. Lulu wants an accessories overhaul. Luckily someone she knows shops for a living, so this wishlist item will be coming true soon.

LULU’S 10K DAY - KOH KOOD, THAILAND: (16:57) A stay in a villa at Soneva Kiri. Guests are flown directly to the resort’s private airport from Bangkok. Lulu goes for a dive lesson with BB Divers. Lunch is in a mushroom cave! Not much of a beach gal, Lulu is going to force herself to enjoy it. She gets this hammock, a cooler full of beer, and some good beach reads recommended by our 10k Baes. Now she's going to fly over an expert to give her sandcastle lessons. Dinner in a treepod where the waiters come in on ZIP LINES. 

ALISON’S 10K DAY - MARTHA'S VINEYARD: (31:38) Alison stays at the Beach Plum Inn. She is inspired by the Obamas' vacation in MV, so she starts with Farm Neck Golf Club...but she's gonna play tennis. Our guest googler helps us discover that despite the name there are no vineyards on Martha’s Vineyard. Alison rides the nation's oldest platform carousel, then visits Island Alpaca. Dinner and live entertainment at Farm Field Sea. Alison puts on a firework display. To reach 10k exactly, Alison buys an alpaca. Well, wait...
