My guest today is Tyler Quinn.
Tyler Quinn is one of the owners and creators of Alchemy 365. Which is a fitness class that is revolutionizing what people think about fitness and training in the Minneapolis and now the Denver area.
Tylers is a functional fitness baby as I am. It was nice to talk with someone who started out in functional fitness and then stepped out to create a brand that is doing a lot of great things. I admire Tyler very much hand that was the main reason I wanted him on the show. I went in-depth with him and learned how and what makes him work.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

Those of you who have been in the Functional Fitness Community should have a good idea of who Carl Paoli is from things like his gymnastics technique and Parking Lot of Deams. He is an author and a creative human being.
He is currently going through some unbelievable path changes and on this podcast, you will hear about his courage and his vulnerability.

It is with much excitement that I present you with the podcast with Mike McGoldrick.

On today's show, my guest is Alex Hart of Good Joo Joo
Good Joo Joo is a digital marketing agency that works with companies I have grown to love and admire in the fitness space. I was excited to have this conversation with her and to have her on the show.
We talk a lot about her story, her view on marketing, and even her view as a female entrepreneur developing an agency. As well we talk about how she deals with conflicts and challenges and, how she's looking to improve.

I met Dr. Adam Schulte through a mutual friend Matt who runs CrossFit Resolution in California.
Dr. Schulte is on a pursuit to flip medicine and medical practices in not only the functional fitness community but at large. He is empowering people to work together with fitness coaches and doctors to live a healthy life.
He is about to launch his pilot facility inside of a Functional Fitness Gym to treat people.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

I just wrapped up a podcast with Stu Brauer.
Stu owns a gym in Charlotte called Urban Movement and has a consulting business called WTF Gym Talk, which is where I first stumbled across Stu from making some videos. WTF popped out to me which would make anybody check it out.
I was interested to get to know Stu on a deeper level than just surface stuff. When I see people with a big public persona I want to ask them questions that make me get to know who they really are and what they are doing and why.
We also dig into Stu's family life along with all the things that come with that. Some of these things we talk about really hit home and made me realize why He does what he does.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

Just wrapped up a podcast with Nat Huerta of Queer Gym in Oakland California.
I met Nat a few years ago, doing some business mentoring for her. She and I hit it off right away and we had a great bond. She was an amazing business owner that has gone through some awesome experiences in her life. She felt that being overly masculine was the right way to go about running her business.
We hit it off from my perspective is because most of what Alpha Hippie represents is for men being able to access their feminine side. It was great for us to hit the ground running as friends and for mentoring.
I really wanted to talk with her and get in-depth with her amazing story. Nine years ago she created The Queer Gym in Oakland, which is a gym created for people who want to have a home.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

Today's guest is Chance Taureau. He is a consultant and, more importantly, I think he is a healer just trying to make people better and grow. I was connected to him by a previous guest Paul Bono.
We just dove deep into his journey through his own healing and what he had to do to get there. We covered some tips and tricks that people could be doing to really start their journey.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

On this show, I have healer, transformational coach and, also one of my coaches Anat Peri.
We dig deep into some of her transformational work and also work that both Rocio and I have participated in, as well as other OCF Squad Members. Anat is a very special healer for me. One of the things that I love the most about her is that it's not all about mushrooms and figuring your things out like that. She puts you to the fire and works toward making lasting changes.
She goes deep into that on this podcast. She leads people into these changes. Where a lot of people just keep going to seminar after seminar and reading the next book, never really understanding what you cant make these changes. She illustrates her work and her beautiful story.
I have gotten both enjoyment and allot of benefit out of working with Anat since 2016.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

I just got done recording an amazing podcast with DR. Vic Manzo.
I grew up and went to high school with him. It is pretty interesting to have someone who is from a similar culture and neighborhood as me. He also went down the path of transformation and trying to make people better.
Vic has also just finished writing his second book called A Walk In The Dark. I really wanted to have him back, a year later to re-connect and see where he is at mentally.
We were saying offline a little bit that the person he was when he wrote his first book is not the person he was when he wrote this one. I just love to see people evolve and grow and I hope that you do too.
I love you all, enjoy the show.
