Hello everyone, and thank you for listening to The Alpha Hippie Podcast.
On today's show, I have my dear friend, host, and inventor of The Movement Fix, Ryan Debell.
Over the last two years, Ryan has been on a very interesting journey traveling all over the world, rediscovering and really reinventing himself.
I was really excited to sit down and talk with him about all of this evolution that he's been going through. What it was like for him as a man? What was it like for him as a business owner? What is he hoping for in the future?
I really hope that you enjoy the show, Ryan is an incredibly intelligent man that I look for advice so I'm sure that there is a lot of nuggets that you will take away from this episode.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

Hello everyone, and thanks for listening to the Alpha Hippie Podcast. On this show, I have my dear friend, funny gentleman, Bradley Schneller. The truth is, I really don’t know what we talked about in this episode. We talk about many things: gym ownership, fatherhood, creation, and arts, all things Mardi Gras, funny things about his underwear. I mean, me and him go down so many rabbit holes, and had an amazing time doing this, it’s a lot of laughs.
Bradley is one of the people that I know in my life, no matter what is going on, if I’m having a terrible day, if I could have a conversation with him it’s going to wind up in some sort of laughter and ridiculousness. He’s got amazing stories.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

On today’s show, I have gym owner, Kolbe expert, and my buddy, Brian Alexander. We talk everything to do with gym ownership. We also get much deeper into this Kolbe test.
Brian has been studying this idea of taking this Kolbe test that helps you test your instincts, something that has been so valuable for me as a man, a person, something that I’d work with my teams on. This is an incredible podcast to listen to if you are wondering how you work, how you can develop better people, and how you can make yourself and your work situation and your relationships better.
I really hope that you enjoy this show. I found this Kolbe stuff to be just life-changing for me. If you have any questions about it, please hit us up on Instagram anytime in the DM, I’m checking it constantly if I could help you guys with anything.

On today’s episode, I have obstacle course racer, gym owner, podcaster, and all around badass, Dave Robinson on the show.
We talk about his journey into becoming a gym owner and being inspired to affect millions for a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle. We also dig deeper on what it was like to run a 50-mile race, what it was like to leave his job as a financial planner and become a gym owner, and what that’s like for him. And we just dig deep on his different ideas of success, and money. This was an amazing conversation that we had.
I felt like we were able to go down a few different rabbit holes, and go deeper into certain topics. And I love the freedom that Dave and I were able to have on this, and I really hope that you do as well.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

On today’s show, I have my dear friend, amazing gym owner and coach, Todd Nief. Some of you may have referred to him as Todd Knife or Todd Neff, but I am here reassuring you that it’s Todd Nief.
We talk about everything from owning a gym, being an introvert, what it was like growing up for Todd, how he is a musician and how that’s applied to his life now as a coach. Me and him just really shoot the shit on this one. Todd and I have a history of having these great in-depth conversations, and I thought it would be fun to hit record on one of them.
I really hope that you enjoy the show. If you do, subscribe to us on iTunes, leave a beautiful review telling me how amazing I am, follow us on Instagram and anywhere else you could find Alpha Hippie. I really appreciate your support.
Much love to you guys. Take care.

On Today’s show, I talk with motivation guru Dennis Timpanaro.
Dennis has a very, very interesting story from working to qualifying in the Olympics, from never competing in a certain sport, to really understanding what is motivation, this concept that is driving many of us to seek, feel that we are lacking, or having any sort of thoughts on it. I think at some level we all think about being motivated in particular in certain areas of our lives. Dennis is creating a course and an application with GOtivation that is very, very fascinating, and I think that the concepts that he is helping us learn and teach are just very special.
I really hope that you enjoy the show and really learn a lot of things. I took a bunch of notes while Dennis and I were talking about different types of motivation, and where I might fall, and understanding myself. I hope that you do as well.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

We also talk about his family and how he's decided to home-school his kids which I think is a very interesting topic.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

On today’s show, I have a return guest Sam Pogue. I asked Sam to be back on the show to talk about his next journey and his past couple of years of revelations from working at Onnit and what it’s been like to create one of the biggest networks of anyone in the fitness industry.
I hope you really enjoy this show. I love bringing return guests on so you could see the evolution because I’m sure you are going through things in your life and it takes time to see things evolve. I had Sam on the show when we were originally recording the show back in May of 2018, and this early 2019. So, Sam also has an evolution and he would love to share it with everyone.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

On today’s show, I have my dear friend, brother, amazing coach, Ryan Bucciantini from OPEX North San Diego with me. Ryan and I have been on an amazing two year journey where I actually met him in a retreat in Southern California where I had a major breakthrough for myself personally and Ryan also had one there, so we shared that moment, and from there being gym owners and people that are trying to do better things with their lives for ourselves personally and for others, we’ve just been working together nonstop since, whether it be in business or just on personal and self-development.
Ryan had lots of amazing things to share and a lot of amazing insight. It was just great to have him talk and really hear what he feels is important for people and for himself to really develop and stay on track.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

On today’s episode, I have 40-44-year-old 7th fittest man in the universe, athlete, and friend Joe Corvo. Joe Corvo has been my athlete for the last four years, 4½ years now in CrossFit. It has been an amazing journey working with him.
But Joe also has an amazing story of playing in the NHL for almost over a decade at this point, and he is sharing that with you on this episode. I really love hearing Joe’s journey of things that came up for him; little chances or things that you may have taken as downfalls were actually ways that he made it further in his career.
He talks about his entire journey from youth playing hockey all the way up to retiring and getting in the sport of CrossFit. I really hope you enjoy this episode.
We had a great time doing this episode, lots of laughs, lots of good stuff, and if you like what you hear please subscribe to us on iTunes.
