When we try to take that next step or try and take that leap of faith, Fear sets in and usually its caused by others. We spend way to much time listening to what others think or feel about YOUR LIFE. It is your life, you must live it and do what you have to do in order to be successful.

There are many different ways to look how the mind works, but at the end of the day we all want to have the dog, that fire, but we need to have it under control.

We have our issues, obstacles, pain, and we are afraid to talk about it. We can't be afraid anymore to deal and discipline our emotions. The more we hold things in the more we will bottle up and eventually pop. Do not be afraid to talk about what is going on. You are never alone.
