Brenton's rock bottom came after years of addiction, nearly ending his marriage and jeopardizing the life he had always envisioned for himself. In what can only be described as a masterclass in vulnerability, Brenton takes us through the peaks and valleys of his process and how he's navigated a deliberate effort to rebuild himself from the ground up.  His reverence and insightfulness speak volumes as we dive into the importance of being a lighthouse for our family, the value of emotional stability, and how sometimes we forget to take our own advice. Born in Florida and raised on the French island of Martinique, Kevin experienced a profound loss at the age of 11 when he lost his father in a motorcycle accident.
