Hi, my name is Chantelle, and I began my vegan lifestyle back in February 2016 and found the transition from being a short-term vegetarian to vegan, pretty straightforward
Both sides of my family were restauranteurs and my dad was French-trained chef, so growing up, I was always surrounded by fantastic food, so veganising dishes that were familiar to me was not only enjoyable but also easy ā I had support fromĀ my whole family, which was a huge advantage and they soon too became vegan
I started my own vegan catering business and tried to introduce vegan food to a wider community.
Fast forward to 2018, and I landed my dream job at a vegan publisher as the recipe creator for their magazines
Three years on, Iāve started my own YouTube channel called Meet and Eat.
