This week we dive in to "...this generation's most important band" (NME) debut album, Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not. A concept album about the nightlife in Northern England, the album exudes feelings of youthfulness and nostalgia. Alex Turner's lyrics perfectly capturing that carefree time of our lives. With songs about running away from the police, dealing with aggressive bouncer's, trying to find love for the night and prostitutes, the Sheffield quartet covered every subject teenagers face on a wild Saturday night out.

We are back and with a new deep dive to boot!
American Head Charge are an Industrial/Nu-Metal band known for their horror-punk aesthetics and insane live shows. Having formed inside a rehab centre by Chad Hanks and Cameron Heacock, they went on to produce one of the best Nu-Metal albums (in our opinion) of all time. Released at the height of the genres popularity, The War of Art is unrelentless, creepy, groovy, and really, really heavy.
