In this episode, I interview kingdom rockstar, Rachelle Morlok. Rachelle is the co-host and producer of the Growing Women of Faith podcast and oversees the administration and funding for Bloom International. She lives in the KC area with her husband and 2 children and has dedicated her life over the last 15 years to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ all around the world. In our authentic conversation, Rachelle shares her traumatic story of childhood sexual abuse and how she was used as bait. She also shares how God used her suffering to help other abused women as a Young Life leader, leader for Campus Crusade for Christ, and in her missionary work in West Africa and Thailand. In this episode, I interview kingdom rockstar guest, Sarah Woolsey. Sarah is a Christian single mom, restaurant manager, and works at a recovery home. In our conversation, Sarah shares her 15-year drug addiction God story. She also shares how her addiction craving lead her to steal to survive, and with pending legal charges she was headed down a path of self-destruction that looked like would end her in prison. With no safe place to take her 5-year-old son, she lost custody of him. Sarah and I also discuss how God transformed her as she surrendered her life to Jesus Christ and how he gave her the strength to walk away from drugs to rebuild her life and to come alive! In this episode, I interview special guest, Ginny Dent Brant. Ginny is a Christian wife, mom, grandma, cancer survivor, author, blogger, educator, adjunct professor, and speaker who grew up in the halls of power in Washington DC. In our authentic conversation, Ginny shares her God story of healing from breast cancer and the transformation she went through. She also shares how God helped her heal and improve her immunity by working with her doctors to fight her cancer. In addition, she shares her wisdom and ministering words to help others maintain a healthy lifestyle so they don't get cancer, and encourage those who are currently fighting cancer or are cancer survivors.

In my last August episode, I interview KC special guest, Amber Weyrauch. Amber is an Altered Stories Ministry volunteer and our Social Media Consultant. She is also our talented Altered Stories Ministry graphics, brochures, and podcast cover designer. She is a Kansas State University graduate and a graduate of Mid-America Nazarene University and the owner-operator of Socially Inspired Management. Amber is also a wife to Ben and Mama of 3 girls. In our authentic conversation, Amber shares her transformational inner healing God story that led her to her calling into ministry. She also shares her insight on how to best heal from brokenness and ministering words to those who are struggling in their faith and are in need of God's encouragement due to their circumstances.

In this episode, I feature kingdom rockstar and special guest, Alana Dela Cruz. Alana lives in Los Angeles and is an entertainer, empowerment speaker, international best-selling author, and entrepreneur. She is also a domestic violence survivor twice and is passionate about helping domestic violence survivors be heard and to be healed from their brokenness. In our conversation, Alana and I discuss her God story journey of abuse recovery that involved forgiving her abusers and also how God freed her from her brokenness. Alana also sings a beautiful ministering song and shares words of encouragement from the Bible to help those who may be struggling or are domestic violence victims.

In this truth-filled episode, I feature my first international guest, Lorelee Siemens from Ontario, Canada. Lorelee is a podcast host, soon to be author, wife of 19 years to Alex, and has four children who are her greatest joy. In our authentic conversation, Lorelee shares her "Standing For Truth" God story of how God showed her that the enemy was not those in the church who had hurt her, but Satan. Instead of leaving the church, God helped her to love the church with a passion. Part of that passion included hosting a podcast on church history where she speaks on pro-life issues, theology, marriage, and parenting.

In this episode, I feature special guest, Nancy Lindgren from Fairplay, Colorado. Nancy is a national speaker, author, and the CEO/Founder of MORE Mentoring. She is also a wife and has four grown children and a son-in-law. Nancy has also authored/co-authored a series of four books called Together – A Mentoring Guide for Mentors & Mentees, with three new books on the way – one for teens, men, and new believers. In our authentic conversation, Nancy shares her God story of how God as her great mentor, showed his amazing love to her in personal ways throughout her life to transform her to help others and to grow in her faith to equip her for her future mentoring ministry. Nancy also shares why mentoring is so powerful and how God is using mentoring today through her ministry to transform women's lives to become future mentors.

In our authentic conversation, Sherrie and I chat openly about her struggle of being in an abusive former Christian marriage. Sherrie also shares her transformational God story of how God in his amazing and loving way helped her through her difficult abusive circumstances, healed her emotionally, and gave her the strength to leave her abuser to move forward into her counseling ministry and her future calling. Today, Sherrie has her Doctorate in Theology and is a licensed professional counselor, a certified clinical trauma specialist, and a national certified counselor. She has a private practice in Shawnee, KS. Sherrie also has a new TV show airing on Roku, on the Solwin Network called "Born to Thrive" that airs on Thursday evenings at 7:00 CST. She is also a Christian wife to Tony, mom of three sons, and one stepson.
