Alternative Talk- 1150AM KKNW

Radio veteran (and raconteur) Turi Ryder joins Mantz and Mitchell for another hour of She Said What?!

Today on Lift Your Spirits, Dena Marie welcomes back Marla Williams of The Being Zone to chat about life and healing with Nancy Sinclair, Heather Mullin and Dena Stapp.

The definition of retreat:

1. The act or process of withdrawing, especially from something hazardous or unpleasant.

2. A place affording peace, quiet, privacy, or security.

3. A period of seclusion, retirement, or solitude, withdrawal for prayer, meditation, or study.

Take a few steps back so you can refocus and move ahead with a clearer vision of who you are and what it is you want to accomplish here on earth.

Stopping, doing nothing and having patience right now is so essential to our well being. We just may be going to fast in the wrong direction!
