Alto Metals (ASX: AME) managing director and CEO Matthew Bowles joins Small Caps to discuss the company's next planned phase of exploration and drilling at its Sandstone gold project in Western Australia. The company recently received strong support from new and existing investors in a $7 million share placement that aimed to fund the aggressive campaign. The program will follow up on exceptional results announced earlier in the year including drilling from the below the Lord Nelson pit, which intersected 45m at 3.2 grams per tonne gold from 161m and 48m at 3.4g/t from 214m, and dip and plunge extension of the new Juno discovery which returned 13m at 5.1g/t gold from 162m. This next phase also aims to drive further resource growth within the Alpha Domain which hosts the 3km-plus Lords granodiorite, Vanguard, Indomitable and Havilah prospects.
