After a twenty year background in clinical psychology, Dr Jones talks to Sam about why Covid-19 has affected our wellbeing and ways to improve our mental health through mindfulness. Our first alumnus is Ryan Daniels who works as Channel 7's sports reporter and recently returned from Tokyo after reporting the Olympics and swiftly after, covered the AFL Grand Final which was hosted in Perth for the first time ever.
