Hosted by Murdoch alumnus Sam Osborne, our second alumnus to feature in a podcast interview is Dr Patrick Jones. After a twenty year background in clinical psychology, Dr Jones talks to Sam about why Covid-19 has affected our wellbeing and ways to improve our mental health through mindfulness. Patrick also delves into the psychology of why being mindful is so important.

Our first alumnus is Ryan Daniels who works as Channel 7's sports reporter and recently returned from Tokyo after reporting the Olympics and swiftly after, covered the AFL Grand Final which was hosted in Perth for the first time ever.

Ryan talks to Sam about some of his unique experiences at the Olympics, how the AFL (Australian Rules Football) Grand Final has impacted Perth and shares advice for anyone looking to get into the broadcasting industry.
