We've romanticised the David and Goliath story. It isn't an underdog story. It is a story of courage and strategy. 

Goliath's greatest strengths were his greatest weakness. 

David's great weakness was his greatest strength. 

Like a game of paper, rock, scissors. David's victory was strategic.... and it also took courage to go and face up to the warrior. 

Life has a way of letting us know what is right for now. Our job is not to fight it but to learn to adjust to it.

Competition requires winners to create losers. 

Collaboration creates as many winners as possible. 

There's been a recurring theme in a couple of my recent interviews and it revolves around the word BUT. 

Stop using it after saying something positive, or after I love you or after I am sorry... because it invalidates everything you've said up until that point!

If you have to use the word, use it after saying something negative, or that you don't want to or like and it'll help you move forward with gratitude and appreciation.

Should I follow my head or my heart. My advice is if we connect with our heart first, they will both say the same. There are risks in following the mind first as I explain in this episode. 

Perhaps the greatest flaw in our thinking is to think there should be no flaws in our thinking.
