In this episode Glen Burton speaks with motivational speaker and adaptive athlete, Jamie Gane. Jamie faced multiple hardships from a young age and had to adapt to life as an amputee. Now, thriving without his leg, he has completed over 70 tough mudders, is a world ranked Judo competitor, and is encouraging others to push through any barriers they may be facing.

In this episode Glen Burton speaks with former elite figure skater and Olympic hopeful, Val Jones. During her training, she sustained a career ending injury which dashed her hopes and dreams of reaching the Olympic podium.
