In this episode, I interview Jennifer Noiles. Jen is a strength and conditioning professional currently acting as the Senior Director of Performance - Staff Development for EXOS. Jen is a Canadian who found herself through her educational pathway eventually seeking residence in the US marching up the ladder of performance with the EXOS corporation.  She has served a number of roles along with the way, finding herself in California, Texas, Phoenix, and Minnesota. In a twelve-plus-year career, she has cultivated many experiences that have shaped the way she thinks and works. She mixes this technical knowledge with a passion for physical conditioning and challenges herself to reach higher.  Enjoy
