HELLO BEAUTIFUL! 🦩⁣  Welcome to the Very First Closer Today

I spent HOURS upon HOURS listening and reading to anything and everything I could get my hands onto about diet, nutrition & lifestyle to help me figure out my unexplained infertility & how I could improve my situation.

During this time, I would get little "A-ha" moments for almost everything I listened to or read. It might have been a nugget of knowledge, pure inspiration or a huge slap in the face that I needed to wake up and take control! All were needed during my infertility journey.

But as you can imagine it was very time-consuming & many I was just lucky to stumble upon. So I'm bringing them to you, in hopes you get little A-ha moments that will support you during your infertility journey, improve your life and bring you closer to your dreams of parenthood and beyond.

This Closer Today is an inspirational talk from Kara DeFrias. Karas' passion for life is infectious. Her infertility story starts off basic like most but then takes an unexpected twist. Infertility facts, like 15% of couples are infertile, and 25-40% of detected pregnancies are miscarried, may not be as surprising as they were 5/10 years ago because of the fact people like Kara are more willing to share their stories. 

Kara shares her infertility story and the struggles she faced while trying to conceive. Her life got flipped upside down in more ways than one but managed to get through it all with a positive attitude and a little bit of inappropriate humour.
