  • A broader spiritual perspective with Cliff Ravenscraft

Cliff Ravenscraft, Master Business Strategy and Mindset Coach, Mentor, and Speaker with 55(!!) podcasts under his belt, joins us for this episode of the Always With Me podcast.

Delving into his religious and spiritual background, Cliff shares his transition from evangelical beliefs to a broader spiritual perspective, and the profound impact that the practice of meditation has had on his life.

We explore the deconstruction of institutionalised spiritual beliefs and the intersection of mindset and faith in personal and business growth.

Cliff talks about his daily meditation practice, which has led to moments of peace, joy, and mystical experiences, as well as making it easier to be with life's challenges, and how by being more present we can let go of past and future thoughts, and appreciate the present moment.

We also explore the concept of selfless service and how we can serve each other in many ways - whether in traditional ministry, coaching, through our work, or podcasting - the essence of service remains the same: to meet people where they are at and to encourage, inspire, and bring value.

May you find peace and much to reflect on as you listen to this episode.

  • Trusting in the not knowing with Jacqui Brauman

Jacqui Brauman joins us for this episode of the Always With Me podcast, for a conversation about navigating challenging times and the opportunities for greater self-awareness and growth when we are in time of transition – where we are no longer where we were, but the next step has not presented itself yet.

When we find ourselves in a space where we have to go in before we can move forward, and we have to lean deeply into trusting the process, to stay positive and hopeful, without trying to force things to happen.

    In this episode we cover:

    • Exploring Uncharted Territory: The role of faith, courage, resilience, trust, and hope amidst challenges.

    • Transformative Experiences: How the challenges in life can often lead to great turning points and blessings, even though they may appear as upheavals initially.

    • Spirituality and Self-Discovery: Jacqui shares her journey of spiritual development, highlighting the importance of faith and surrender in navigating life's uncertainties.

    • Purpose of Life: The conversation delves into the evolving perspectives on life's purpose, moving beyond external achievements to experience and contribute positively to the world.

    • Journaling and Spiritual Practices: The importance of practices like meditation, journaling, yoga, and automatic writing in fostering self-reflection, clarity, and connection with the divine.

    • Accepting Darkness and Polarity: Embracing the concept of polarity and darkness as essential elements of the human experience, leading to personal growth and understanding.

    • Overcoming Suffering: The discussion touches on the idea of transcending suffering by accepting and not resisting the darkness, and finding strength and peace within tumultuous times.

This conversation offers a deep exploration of personal growth, spiritual insights, and the transformation that can come from embracing challenges with a positive attitude, faith and self-awareness.

  • Beginning with an introduction with Fiona Redding

In this short introductory episode, you'll get to meet me, Fiona Redding, the host of the Always With Me podcast, and discover how this show came about.

At it's essence, this show is about knowing we are never on our own.

We'll share the stories of the cracking opens, of the breaking points, of the abyss, of the journeys into the valley, the great unravelling's, the shattering of the illusion of who we thought we were, and the no choice but to let go of what we thought defined us, what we thought was important, or what made us successful - and what we discovered there - about finding peace in the present moment, and unconditional love and acceptance, wherever we are and whatever is going on in the world around.

Having open and vulnerable conversations with people who have the courage to step forward and share willingly, with an open heart, what they have discovered about faith, belief, hope, and love in the midst of the crisis, not on the other side of the valley, but in the valley.

And how these experiences that bring us to our knees become the making of us, humbling us, teaching us courage, surrender, patience, acceptance, forgiveness, compassion, deep and unconditional love, connection, and an absolute knowing of the truth that we are not on our own, and we never have been, with a deep desire to share this with others, to bring hope and comfort so that they know they are not on their own either.

This show is about what happens when we are cracked open and how, if we allow it to, grace can transform us beyond anything we could imagine.

I am so glad you are here.
