Couldn’t sleep. My baby’s turning one and and a spiritual nudge to revisit The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz (which I terribly and wrongly credited in the actual episode). So here we are—7 a.m., the most minimal hours of sleep, broken retainers, and a whole lotta wisdom. 

In this episode, I revisit one of the most life-changing books I’ve ever (audio)read and rank the agreements like they’re in a pageant. From not taking things personally to why lying sucks, I cover it all—of course with a little trauma and anti-lying rants sprinkled in. All while my daughter yaps in the background.
